Cash Tree Cooperative Society (henceforth referred to as CASH TREE or the Society) is a Thrift & Credit Cooperative Society founded by Mr.Satendra Kumar (FOUNDER PRESIDENT )established with the objective of strengthening the financial well-being of its members. The Society is registered under the Delhi Cooperative Societies (DCS) Act,2003. The registration number of the Society is (10762)/Section 2/T/C 2021.(NTC OF DELHI)
The Society was registered with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Delhi on 1st of November 2021 & operates under the supervision of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (RCS), Delhi.
The primary objective of the Society is to uplift the social and economic conditions of its members by encouraging disciplined saving habits. The Society offers a range of financial products including Daily Deposit, Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Savings Accounts, and Loan facilities.
The Society conducts its business exclusively among its members and utilizes its funds for:
Providing loans to members
Making investments as per the Cooperative Societies Act, Rules, and Bye-laws
The norms and procedures governing the functioning of the Society are clearly defined under its bye-laws, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
The Registrar of Cooperative Societies (RCS), Delhi serves as the regulatory and supervisory authority, guiding the Society to maintain integrity and compliance with all applicable laws.
